Debra is a laser hair removal practitioner and licensed, registered electrologist. She has been performing laser treatments for over 13 years. Debra is a graduate of Salem State College and The Electrology Institute of New England. She has taken extensive laser hair removal courses at LightSpeed Laser Hair Removal Training Center in Naples, FL and also completed advanced laser training within the Candela Corporation, Cynosure, Lumenis and Erchonia companies. She belongs to American Society for Laser and Medicine Surgery, American Electrology Association, and Massachusetts Association of Electrologists.
Debra also co-founded a laser center to provide the area with her two decades of hair removal experience. She downsized the practice to just perform electrology and now brings her amazing reputation and experience of laser treatments to serve our patients at All Care Laser Center.

Lisa is one of the country’s longest practicing laser technicians. She was one of the first employed laser technicians in 1997 when the FDA cleared lasers for safety and efficacy. She is respected and admired by those she has trained as well as treated for her experience, knowledge and her devotion to the field of medical aesthetics. She maintains several certifications and continues educating herself as well as others in the progressive field of lasers and anti-aging treatments.
Along with starting a successful laser practice in 1997 at the Center for Plastic Surgery and Personal Development in Stoneham, MA, Lisa was also a co-founder and the President of CosMedica, Inc. for 9 years before she sold the business in 2010. In addition to working at All Care Laser Center, she teaches a 30 hour laser certification course at Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics.

Kristina Dudley is a licensed medical aesthetician, certified laser technician, and skin care specialist. She graduated with high honors from Elizabeth Grady school of Esthetics and is also a graduate of the University of NH for business management and marketing. She has been trained by the country’s top trainers from Erchonia, Cynosure, Cutera and Syneron.
She has extensive knowledge of microdermabrasion and skin care, laser hair removal and IPL treatments and laser tattoo removal. She has also taken advanced courses for body shaping, cellulite, and fat reduction to be able to offer our patients the best results possible.
She keeps current with all of the new trainings and protocols in the aesthetic industry and brings to ACLC her advanced laser and skin certifications as well as her prior experience as a clinic manager overseeing daily operations of a med spa chain.

Kathy got her Nursing degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso Indiana. She worked many years as a Registered Nurse in various cardiac critical care units before entering the Aesthetics field in 2004. Kathy trained and has ongoing advanced trainings in Beverly Hills, California for the injection of Botox Cosmetics and Cosmetic Fillers. We are very happy to have her here at All Care Laser Center to give our patients the best results with Botox and fillers
Dr. Azar A. Korbey, MD
Dr. Korbey was born and raised in Methuen, MA. He attended Central Catholic High School, Georgetown University and then Georgetown University Medical School. Dr. Korbey received a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1975 and then a Master’s degree in Biology from Georgetown University in 1976 and received his MD from Georgetown in 1980. He then completed a three year residency in Family Practice at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Dayton, OH and then returned home in 1983 to begin his practice in Salem NH, All Care Medical. He then expanded the medical practice to offer cosmetic and laser services and founded All Care Laser Center.
